Payment is due on completion of your appointment. Some procedures require a deposit. If you are having surgery without insurance, payment must be made in full prior to surgery. 



Making a payment online is quick and easy using internet banking or credit card.

By Internet Banking

1. Log into your internet banking service and go to the payments screen
2. Enter the account name and number from those shown on your invoice
3. Enter your invoice number as the reference (for example, IN-9612) and your initials and surname in one of the other reference fields. 
4. Once your payment has been processed (generally overnight) a receipt will automatically be posted to you. Should you require an emailed copy, please contact accounts with your invoice number and date of payment. 
   

By Credit Card

Urology Associates is a New Zealand owned and operated business. You can make an instant credit card payment by following the link below. When we process your payment we will email or post a receipt to you.

Your payment will appear on your account as to “Urology Associates Limited”. All payments are processed in New Zealand Dollars. Please contact accounts if you have any questions.

Insurance Claim

Many of our patients are able to use health insurance to help pay for their treatment. Policies and insurers vary significantly so it is important to check with your insurance about what and how much they will cover.

Urology Associates are an Affiliated Provider for Southern Cross Health Society. This means for most procedures we are able to organise prior approval, process the claim on your behalf and arrange payment directly through Southern Cross. If you are insured through Southern Cross, please use the form on this page to submit your insurance policy details so we can arrange this on your behalf.
